1. Visual Stealth & Decoys
Never ship a product in a plain envelope that feels like drugs. Use Decoys.
- The Concept: Make the package look like legitimate commercial mail. eBay invoices, birthday cards, or promotional flyers are excellent.
- Layering: The illicit item should be hidden inside the decoy. For example, glued inside the pages of a hollowed-out book, or inside a sealed commercial DVD case.
- Feeling: The package must be flat and uniform. Use card stock to even out lumps. If a postal worker runs their hand over it, they should feel a document, not a bag of pills.
2. Moisture & Smell Barrier (MBB)
Dogs and electronic sniffers are your enemy. You must use Moisture Barrier Bags (MBB).
- Vacuum Seal: All organic materials must be vacuum sealed at least twice. Wipe the outside of the first bag with alcohol before placing it in the second bag to remove residue.
- Mylar: Use aluminized mylar bags. They block X-rays to some extent and are excellent at trapping odors.
- No Overkill: Do not use coffee grounds or strong perfumes to "mask" the smell. This is a myth and actually flags the package as suspicious to customs.
3. OpSec: Printing & Drop-off
Your digital footprint matters as much as the physical one.
- Labels: Never hand-write addresses. Use a thermal printer. Hand-written labels look unprofessional and increase the profiling score of the package.
- Printers: Standard inkjet printers leave invisible yellow dots (Machine Identification Code) that can trace the page back to your specific printer serial number. Use a thermal label printer or a dumb dot-matrix printer.
- Drop-off: Never use the same post box twice in a row. Rotate your drop-off locations. Wear a mask and non-descript clothing. Leave your phone at home.
