Torzon Market Terms & Policies
By accessing the Torzon platform, you agree to the following terms of service. These regulations are enforced via automated AI systems and manual moderation to ensure the safety, anonymity, and financial security of all users.
Code of Conduct & User Responsibilities
Torzon Market operates on a philosophy of free trade, but this freedom comes with significant responsibilities. The darknet ecosystem is fragile; a single user's poor Operational Security (OpSec) can compromise vendors or other buyers. Therefore, our "General Rules" are not just guidelines—they are mandatory protocols for survival.
1. Account Security & Identity
Users are strictly prohibited from using usernames that link to their real-world identity or clearweb personas (e.g., Reddit, Twitter handles). You must enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) via PGP immediately upon registration. Sharing your account credentials with third parties constitutes a breach of security, and the administration reserves the right to freeze accounts showing suspicious login patterns (e.g., simultaneous logins from different Tor exit nodes).
2. Communication Protocols
All communication related to orders, shipping addresses, and tracking numbers must remain within the Torzon encrypted messaging system.
- Mandatory PGP: Users must encrypt sensitive data using the vendor's public PGP key before sending it. Do not rely solely on the "Auto-Encrypt" checkbox.
- Internal Comms Only: Asking to move a conversation to Telegram, Wickr, Signal, or Jabber is a bannable offense. We cannot enforce Escrow protection for deals arranged on external apps.
- Respectful Discourse: While we value free speech, threats of violence, blackmail, or doxxing (releasing private information) against vendors, staff, or other users result in an immediate, permanent ban.
3. Impersonation & Phishing
Creating accounts that mimic staff members (using names like "Admin," "Support," "Mod") or well-known vendors from other markets without PGP verification is prohibited. Furthermore, posting links to external phishing sites or fake onion mirrors in the forums or reviews will trigger an automated IP ban.
The Blacklist: Prohibited Goods
Torzon Market enforces a "Harm Reduction" policy. We aim to minimize the scrutiny from international law enforcement agencies (FBI, Europol) by banning high-risk categories. Listing any item from this list will result in the immediate seizure of the vendor bond and a permanent ban.
- Fentanyl & Analogues: Strictly banned. This includes Carfentanil, U-47700, and any synthetic opioids with high overdose potential. Due to the "Operation Bayonet" precedent, we do not tolerate these substances.
- Weapons & Explosives: Firearms, ammunition, 3D-printed gun blueprints, explosives, precursors for bombs, or chemical weapons (Ricin, Cyanide).
- Child Exploitation (CP): Zero tolerance. Any user found soliciting, selling, or discussing CSAM will be reported to relevant NGOs and permanently banned.
- Human Harm Services: Contract killings, hitmen services, violent assaults, or arson.
- Doxxing & Personal Data: We do not allow the sale of specific individual's private data (dox logs) intended for harassment. Bulk databases are permitted, but targeted harassment tools are not.
- Terrorism Related Material: Propaganda, manuals, or funding for recognized terrorist organizations.
Why these restrictions?
By eliminating the most toxic elements of the darkweb trade, Torzon ensures a more stable platform for the exchange of digital goods, fraud-related resources, and softer controlled substances. This policy aligns with the survival strategies of the longest-running markets in history.
Vendor Regulations & Bond Policy
Becoming a vendor on Torzon is a professional commitment. We expect Amazon-level service in a decentralized, anonymous environment. The following rules govern all vendor accounts.
1. The Vendor Bond
To prevent scamming and spam, all new vendors must pay a security bond (currently equivalent to $500 in BTC or XMR). This bond is held in a multisig wallet.
- Refund Policy: The bond is refundable only if the vendor closes their shop voluntarily with no active disputes and a rating above 4.8/5.0.
- Waivers: Established vendors with a proven track record on other markets (Archetyp, ASAP, etc.) may apply for a bond waiver. Proof of ownership via PGP signed message is required.
2. Finalize Early (FE) Rights
"Finalize Early" allows a vendor to access funds before the buyer confirms delivery. This is a privilege, not a right.
Requirements for FE:
- Minimum 500 successful sales.
- Account age > 3 months.
- Dispute rate < 1%.
Warning: Asking a buyer to FE on an account that does not have FE status enabled is "selective scamming" and leads to a ban.
3. Shipping & Stealth Standards
Vendors are solely responsible for the safe delivery of physical goods. "Stealth" refers to the art of disguising a package to pass customs and postal inspections.
- Must use vacuum sealing for organic materials (double-sealed recommended).
- Must use visual barriers (MBB - Mylar Barrier Bags).
- Decoy items should be used to make the package look legitimate (e.g., sending electronics or documents alongside the product).
- If a package is seized by customs, the vendor must offer a reship or partial refund unless the listing was explicitly "No Refund / High Risk".
Escrow Protocol & Dispute Resolution
The Torzon Escrow system is the mechanism that builds trust between anonymous parties. Understanding how to navigate a dispute is critical for protecting your funds.
The Auto-Finalize Timer
Every order has a timer. For physical goods, it is typically 14 days. For digital goods, 48 hours. If the buyer does not click "Finalize" or "Dispute" before this timer hits zero, the funds are automatically released to the vendor. Once funds are released, the market staff cannot recover them.
Dispute Resolution Process
Initiate Dispute
Do not wait. If the product hasn't arrived 2 days before the timer expires, click the "Dispute" button. This freezes the timer and locks the funds in the market wallet.
Vendor Communication
You enter a negotiation phase. 90% of disputes are resolved here (e.g., vendor provides tracking, or offers a reship). Keep all chat civil.
Staff Mediation
If no agreement is reached in 72 hours, a moderator joins. They will review the PGP-signed address, vendor's shipping proof, and buyer's history.
Evidence & Feedback Extortion
Feedback Extortion: A buyer threatening to leave a negative review unless they receive free product is engaging in extortion. If a vendor reports this with chat logs, the buyer loses the dispute immediately.
Selective Scamming: If a vendor has a perfect record but suddenly fails to deliver a high-value order without valid tracking, the moderator will likely rule in the buyer's favor.
Legal Disclaimer & User Safety
Torzon Market provides a platform for trade, but does not condone the violation of your local laws. Users accessing darknet markets assume all legal liability for their actions. The administration cooperates with international law only regarding the aforementioned "Prohibited Items" (CP/Terrorism). For all other matters, our servers are configured to retain zero logs.
We recommend all users regularly check the Security Page for updates on PGP keys and canary statements. The rules listed above are subject to change without notice; however, significant policy shifts will be broadcast via the official news ticker on the homepage.
